- Longer stays are welcome and discounts apply for these bookings.

- Please note that check-in and check-out times are strict as it allows our cleaning team to have the unit ready for the next guest. If urgent or necessary an, early check-in (from 12pm) or late check-out (12pm) can be requested however, we require a $50 fee for each time ($50 for early check in/$50 late check out). This needs to be arranged and paid for in advance as special arrangements do need to be organised. Please note that requests for early access on the day of check in will not be accepted.

- Cancellation Policy is firm

- There is a single car space for parking on-site under a covered area in the form of a carport.

- We are only able to provide one set of keys for each stay, we cannot issue a second set under any circumstance.

- This unit is located on the ground level and does not have stairs.
